Hi Janis, i have started with cohen and right now I’m at week 6. So far I have seen some weight loss, but I will be going to Seoul Korea in 3 weeks time. I will be staying there for about a week and I am worried that I will deviate. What can you suggest I can eat there that is Cohen friendly? I would really appreciate your advice
i just wanna say i like reading ur blog. i accidentally saw it while googling about the cohen diet. as for me, i don’t have the bread to spend on it so i guess ill just do the healthy and watch-what-i-eat diet.
thank you donna! i didn’t reach my target weight under the cohen program. it’s so hard having to stick to the program while working on the launch of our cafe/restaurant. so far, the only things i am able to follow are the food proportions, the food allowance but i mix proteins and veggies and don’t observe the time restrictions in between meals, and then of course, i still don’t eat rice. not losing weight fast but i’m keeping my weight stable and every now and then do notice a few pounds off.
so good luck in your diet! we definitely don’t need to pay that much for a diet because we can all do it on our own and as with any diet, you only get what you put into it. but for me, the cohen diet was a good starting point and it has been one of the most effective diets i’ve seen. good luck again!
Hello!!!! i was also googling for Cohen Diety and Skyflakes… Am also starting it in an Online program..I hope you can help me… if my cracker allowance is 6. how many skyflakes will i bet eating?.. Im still confused with the computation.
hi Audrey. i was told that Skyflakes crackers have been removed from the list of allowable food because of the latest flavor improvement which included butter flavor. at any rate, here’s how they explained Skyflakes allowance to me. a Skyflakes pack has 3 pieces of crackers, witch each piece consisting of 3-sub portions. two of the sub-portions equal one serving. if you’re allowed to have two servings per snack or meal, that means 4 sub-portions or 1 whole cracker plus 1 sub portion i hope i explained it well.
Hi. Good luck with your Cohen diet! I’m on Day 8 today and so far so good. Drinking lots of water really helps. I actually exceed the recommended intake.
hi! i discovered your blog when i was googling sky flakes with cohen. : ) i recently signed up for cohen online and will start saturday or friday. your food plans sound yummy!
